The so called 'Health Care' system, that runs conventionally in all nations, in reality is 'disease care system', as it only addresses the needs of patients (people already suffering from ailments) and does not care for healthy people in helping them maintain good health or promoting longevity. And this is so by design, with the malice intentions of only financial gains at its core, at the expense of the health of individuals. Health care business will not be in place otherwise, if all stay healthy, and if noone ever falls sick. Yes, business indeed it is, and is now breaking down under its own burden, especially in countries where health care is government owned.
This system albeit is life savior indeed when it comes to handling cases of emergencies, and no doubt we need it to care for cases such as emergence of sudden acute conditions, those affected in accidents, palliative care, childbirth and of course for its aid in laboratory testing. Majority of the cases attended and managed by the current health care system in any country today however, are the cases of chronic conditions, which can be prevented in the first place, if the medical support care for health of communities proactively, rather than treating diseases reactively.
Reformation in the health care system is being proposed to address this issue to bring up a parallel medical system in place, which is health care for real, with an approach of 'Preventive Medicine' at its core, bringing forward the ancient wisdom of health care and healing modalities that are based on energy (consciousness) and nature primarily and is designed to work on ground making proactive connection with communities, rather than affixed in hospital buildings.
